Service Description
Primary Senior Engineer A primary Senior Engineer will be assigned to your account to increase familiarity with business processes.
OnBase System Admin Team Phone and E-Mail access for technical and business-related questions.
Monthly Project Hour Includes an hour of project development time every month to assist in completing projects that fall outside of the scope of system administration.
Monthly API Development Hour Includes an hour of API development time every month. Can be used as additional project hour.
OnBase Health Monitoring Active Monitoring on the OnBase system to proactively find and fix issues before impacting users.
Workflow Timer Monitoring Monitor timer based workflows to ensure logic is executing when configured.
Daily System Review Daily review of the ingestions points and business critical processes.
Daily Systems Corrections Proactive response and fixes to action items found in the daily system review
Weekly System Review Weekly review of the OnBase System and Database.
Monthly Maintenance Monthly review and preventative maintenance of OnBase and the Database.
Admin Configuration Assist in minor configuration tasks such as Creating and Updating Document Types, Keywords, Custom Queries, Folders, and Production Document Imaging configuration.
Security Configuration Create user groups and users by email work ticket request.
Assist Help Desk Assist resolving help desk requests such as creating users, providing documentation, and answering questions regarding OnBase Software.
Escalate Issues to Support Escalate OnBase issues to the first line of support or vendor and act as the primary contact for that issue.
