
Our remote support engineers are available quickly access your system and provide the support or ECM development you need without incurring the additional time or expense involved with travel. We will become a part of your team by participating in scheduled meetings, by being available to answer your calls and produce deliverables required to support the business. Additionally, on-site presence may still be utilized to participate in meetings or project planning. Remote Support requires a secure connection to your system using VPN or Secure Remote Access.
AM Data Service will make available an engineer for the duration of your project or contract. With an on-site engagement we can offer participation in adhoc meetings and discussions, scheduled meetings and project planning sessions and the ability to represent your solution to the business user upfront and professional. On-Site engagements require a dedicated workspace for the engineer as well as access to the network from within the office. In the event the engineer is unavailable due to any circumstance, AM Data Service will assign another engineer to temporary fill the position if the client requires it.
